Come and join us at Bayside Rock for the Melbourne screening of the Reel Rock Film Tour. Being projected onto a 4.87m screen, you will be able to get up close to the action.

Bayside Rock Has Air Conditioning!

Air Conditioning is a NEW addition to Bayside Rock, So for those of you who are not so keen on the heat or just want to have a good session on a warmer day, Take advantage of the COOL atmosphere at Bayside and come down for a boulder!

Thanks to everyone who put in the effort and competed at the Bayside Boulder Bash and Victorian State Bouldering Titles!

With a total of 78 problems and a few left undone on the day there was a problem and style to suit EVERYONE! For those of you who would like to tick off your personal projects for the day and even try and work up to the next grade bracket, the comp problems will remain up for 1 month (and more new problems in the coming weeks). If you couldnt make it to the comp then come down to visit and enjoy yourself on some funky problems.

Closed 26/11/09 for Competition Setting

Due to the Bayside Boulder Bash being held on Saturday 28th November, Bayside Rock will be closed Thursday 26th for route setting.

NEW BOULDERING PROBLEMS!

There are over 100 bouldering problems in the cave ranging from Grade 1 (Really really easy) to Grade 10 (Really really hard) and the Reds are all NEW.

All bouldering problems are coming down Thursday 26th November!

* The next colour to come down will be EVERYTHING, so if you are working a problem you should come in to tick it off ASAP*

BOULDERING NOW OPEN!

With all of the bouldering problems still up and graded from the comp, BAYSIDE ROCK IS NOW OPEN:

Tues, Wed and Thurs- 4pm to 9:30pm.

Saturdays- 10am to 5pm.

Other times are available for groups with a booking.

Round One of the Red Chili Pump Fest Series saw a gathering of over 80 competitors testing their skill on the New Walls and Multiple Angles of our New Bouldering Cave.

Getting Closer!

All of the hard work is paying off and the Gym is looking fantastic! (If we may say so ourselves...) The bouldering cave is ready for a splash of paint and then it's time to get setting for our "Grand Opening Bouldering Comp" (Send us your details to be the first to know dates and times- here >) The guys at Flashpoint Sports are doing a great job of the climbing walls and we are looking forward to getting all of the holds up and ready for YOU to climb on!
